Welcome to La Monzi Picnic! By accessing or using our website www.lamonzipicnic.ca and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

La Monzi Picnic provides carefully curated luxury picnic experiences across Vancouver and surrounding areas. We handle the setup, styling, and cleanup—so you can simply arrive and enjoy your time.

Each 3-hour picnic experience includes:

  • Delivery, full setup, and cleanup

  • A beautiful sun umbrella for shade

  • A custom welcome sign with your personal message

  • Soft picnic rugs or blankets and cozy boho-style cushions

  • Elegant gold flatware, glass cups, and stylish place settings

  • Thoughtfully arranged faux florals and chic picnic décor

  • Complimentary still water for all guests

If you’d like to extend your time, additional hours can be added for $50/hour (subject to availability).

Bookings and Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm the date.

  • The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your scheduled picnic.

  • If booking less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include e-transfer and bank transfer. Details will be shared upon confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout, and your final invoice will reflect the total amount including taxes.

Delivery fees may apply depending on your chosen location.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know that life happens and plans can change.

 

Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your picnic are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled event will result in the loss of your deposit, as preparations and arrangements will have already begun.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your event are non-refundable in full, as we’ll have committed time, resources, and perishable items to your setup.

We always recommend reaching out as soon as possible if your plans change—we’ll do our best to accommodate where we can. For weather-related issues, please see our Rainy Day Cancellation Policy for flexible rescheduling or refund options.

Rainy Day Policy:

​

No worries! We monitor the weather closely leading up to your picnic. If rain or bad weather is expected, you’re welcome to reschedule your picnic at no extra cost to a new available date.

​

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of bad weather. But don’t stress—we’ll work with you to find a new date that works!

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the picnic area is accessible and permitted for events.

  • Notifying us in advance of any allergies, special requests, or access limitations.

  • Leaving the space in reasonable condition—damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.

Liability

  • La Monzi Picnic is not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries, lost or stolen items during your event.

  • Park or venue fees or permits unless otherwise agreed.

  • Events impacted by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Photos & Marketing

We value your privacy. We will not share any photos or videos from your picnic without your permission.

If you'd like to be featured in one of our posts or reels on social media, we'd love to collaborate—and as a thank-you, we offer a special discount on your booking.

Food and Drinks

We currently offer curated grazing boxes as an add-on. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or we can help coordinate with local vendors to suit your needs.

 

Please note:

  • We do not serve or supply alcohol, in accordance with local regulations.

  • We're happy to provide non-alcoholic options such as juices, sodas, or spritzers upon request.

  • Complimentary still water is included with every booking.

Service Areas & Delivery Fees

We are based in Vancouver, BC, and do not charge delivery fees for setups within the city.

For surrounding cities in the Metro Vancouver area, a delivery surcharge applies, based on travel time, fuel, and labor:

​​Final delivery fees will be confirmed once your picnic location is selected. We always strive for transparency and fairness—we’ll inform you of any applicable fees before finalizing your booking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted here with the revised date.
