What’s included in your picnic packages?​
Each picnic experience is designed with care to offer a relaxed, stylish atmosphere tailored to your group size. We take care of every detail so you can simply show up and enjoy.

Your 3-hour picnic includes delivery, full setup, and cleanup. We’ll provide a beautiful sun umbrella to keep you shaded, along with a custom welcome sign featuring your personal message.
​
Guests can get comfortable on soft picnic rugs or blankets, surrounded by cozy boho-style cushions. The table is set with elegant gold flatware, glass cups, and stylish place settings to complete the look.
​
To enhance the ambiance, we include thoughtfully arranged faux florals and chic picnic décor. We’ll also provide complimentary still water to keep everyone refreshed throughout your time renting your picnic.
How long does each picnic last?​
Our picnics last 3 hours—that’s plenty of time for laughs, pics, and making memories. Need more time? Let us know and we can make it happen! Additional hours can be added for $50 per hour.
Do you provide food and drinks?
We currently offer add on option of curated grazing boxes. You're also welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages, or we can help coordinate with local vendors to suit your needs. Please note, we do not serve alcohol—each guest will be provided with water. However, we're happy to accommodate special non-alcoholic requests like sodas, juices, or spritzers.
What happens if it rains?
No worries! We monitor the weather closely leading up to your picnic. If rain or bad weather is expected, you’re welcome to reschedule your picnic at no extra cost to a new available date.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of bad weather. But don’t stress—we’ll work with you to find a new date that works!
Where are you located? Do you travel?
We’re based in beautiful Vancouver, BC! We set up in the city’s cutest parks, beaches, and backyards. There’s no extra charge for setups within the City of Vancouver.

However, if you'd like your picnic set up in other areas within the Vancouver Metropolitan Area, a delivery fee will apply. This fee covers round-trip travel time, labor, and fuel costs.

While we’ve listed general fee ranges by area, the final delivery fee will be confirmed once your exact picnic location is set. We’ll always do our best to keep costs reasonable and transparent—and we’ll let you know the fee upfront before confirming your booking. How do I book a picnic?
Easy! To get started, just fill out our online booking form, send us an email, or slide into our DMs on Instagram. Once we know a few key details—like your preferred date, group size, and location—we’ll send you a customized proposal outlining everything included.

​If you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll send you a formal agreement and invoice. A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 3 business days before your picnic. This process helps ensure everything is clear and confirmed for both sides—no surprises, just great vibes.
What is our cancellation policy?
We know that life happens and plans can change.
Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your picnic are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled event will result in the loss of your deposit, as preparations and arrangements will have already begun.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your event are non-refundable in full, as we’ll have committed time, resources, and perishable items to your setup.

We always recommend reaching out as soon as possible if your plans change—we’ll do our best to accommodate where we can. For weather-related issues, please see our Rainy Day Cancellation Policy for flexible rescheduling or refund options.
Can I change my picnic date or location?
Yes, absolutely! We offer one free reschedule as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice. If you need to change the date or location, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Need to reschedule again? No problem - a $50 rescheduling fee will apply for a second date or location change. We recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can make the process as smooth as possible!
Can I customize the theme or colors?
Definitely. We love tailoring every setup to your vision. Share your ideas and we’ll bring them to life.
Do you offer extras like balloons, cakes, or photography?
Yesss! You can totally customize your picnic with fun extras like fresh flowers, themed balloons, custom cakes, or even a professional photographer to capture all the magic. Want to go all out? Can I book for a proposal, birthday, or bridal shower?
Absolutely. We specialize in creating unforgettable moments for all kinds of special occasions.

Are your picnics pet-friendly?
Yes, our picnics are pet-friendly! However, it depends on the location, as some parks don't allow dogs. Just let us know in advance if your four-legged friend is joining, and we'll happily prepare some water and treats for them!
What locations do you recommend?
We’re obsessed with spots like Stanley Park, Sunset Beach, Spanish Banks, Queen Elizabeth Park, and Kits Beach but we can also set up in your own backyard or indoors too!
